RETURN

Returns are not possible for items from the oscodrinks.com website, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, the Customer may request a replacement by providing the necessary proof to the Company. See our Terms and Conditions.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the last product ordered on the Site to exercise their right of withdrawal from the Company, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty. See conditions in Article 9 of the Terms and Conditions.


DELIVERY DISPUTE 

If a Customer considers that they have received a product that is defective or non-compliant, they must contact the Company as soon as possible from the receipt of the Order, at the following email address: tellmemore@oscodrinks.com, specifying the defect or non-compliance in question. See conditions in Article 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
